VRD’s industry-exclusive eXcell™ systems are the latest in modular test cell systems for automotive suppliers and manufacturers. eXcell modular test cell systems are ISO standard steel containers that are transportable for self-contained testing of Powertrain and other automotive physical testing requirements. The flexibility of creating a custom test module that can be moved to the customer’s preferred location is a frequent request from the automotive testing community.

Customizable, Flexible

VRD offers 20 or 40 feet modular test cell systems, with single or multiple unit configurations. Each cell unit comes with fully customizable floor construction, lighting and electrical distribution systems. The modular test system comes complete with fuel and coolant management, heating/ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) services and fire suppression capabilities. The unit offers the advantage of excellent noise insulation and easy maintenance.
